Purchasing and delivery conditions

Conditions
Delivery conditions are administered to the extent that they are not changed as a written agreement.

Prices
Basic prices are set in swedish kronor or Euro, tax excluded.

Payment
We administer prepayment for the first order for new customers, if nothing else are agreed.
Thereafter payment shall be done 10 days after the date of the invoice. At late payments an reminder fee is added together with an interest rate according to Swedish law.

Orders
Sent orders are conclusive. At a revokation, a fee of 10% of the order value is proceeded. We do not require a minimum order ammount, with some exceptions. We will refuse orders that resemble a consumer order. We allow supplemental orders of any ammount.

Delivery
Collections are sent with Incoterms EXW - ex warehouse. Time for delivery of stock-goods is approximatly one week. For new collections a preliminary date for delivery is set in the confirmation of the order. If the expected date of delivery is changed, you are contacted with a new date of delivery.
Orders above 8000 SEK is sent with carriage paid within Sweden. Orders above 10 000 SEK are sent with carriage paid within the Nordic countries.

Advance reservation
New collections are ordered by advence reservation before date of "deadline", in order to be guaranteed goods. The goods are sent as soon as they have been quality checked at our warehouse. Advance reservations are conclusive.

Complaint
If you recieve faulty goods or faulty delivery, we replace it with new goods. However you have to contact Kameleont Design at the latest 10 days after the goods have been recieved. To be able to return goods it have to be unused and in the same condition as when you recieved it (wrapping included). The goods should be returned with invoice or copy of invoice AND a return bill. On that you note the cause for return. PLEASE NOTE: You have to contact Kamaleont Design BEFORE you send the faulty goods.

Order of confirmation
Order of confirmation is sent after an order been put. You have eight days to review your order and make sure it is accurate. Objections are sent to info@kameleontdesign.se as soon as possible.

Resale
The goods may only be sold by resellers and distributers approved by Kameleont Design. The goods must not be resold to sub-resellers or other salesmen without the approval by Kameleont Design. Ongoing collections must not be auctioned or otherwise sold off. This is for the respect of the brand and other resellers. This is only applied to current collections. Older collection may be sold off and or auctioned away.

Deliverance grounds/Force majoure
If the delivery is interfered by circumstances beyond the control of Kameleont Design - Kameleont Design is unbinded by the obligations to deliver the goods. If such an event occur, Kameleont Design have to send a written notice about it, without any delays.
