All prices are shown in Svenska kronor (SEK) or Euro (€). The price shown in the webshop on the time of purshase, is the actual price.
Applicability
These conditions are applied through swedish law or other applicable law, prescribing conditions in conflict there in. For private consumers the swedish law for consumers and the swedish law of distance purshase is also applied. For more details please visit www.kov.se.
Order
If the customer is below the age of 18, permission from its legal guardian must be granted before completing an order. Order done in other persons name without that persons consent, or in other way done causing financial damage to Kameleont Design Barnkläder, is reported to the police. Kameleont Design Barnkläderis not liable for typing errors, wrong information in product specifications and services provided by Kameleont Design Barnkläder. All images should be considered as illustrations and can not guarantee be reflecting exact look and feel of a product or service.
Order confirmation
A automatic order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address given at the buy.
Delivery and cancellation of order
Normal delivery time within Sweden is 3 working days. In periods of external events (fairs etc.) the delivery time could be longer. Please refer to our company website and blog for more details.
Delivery of goods according to sent order.
If a product differ from promised time of delivery, the customer will be contacted for approval of part delivery. In these occasions the extra cost of freight is payed by Kameleont Design Barnkläder.
In occasions when the customer thinks the delivery is delayed in the extent that they do not any longer wish to recieve ther order, it is the customers responsibility to contact Kameleont Design Barnkläder, for cancellation of the order according to the conditions stated here in. Please not that cancellation of order already executed is not possible. When orders are executed the customer is obligated to recieve the order. Cancellation of order special made for the customer (I.e. messured fabrics) is not possible.
Cancellation is not valid until the customer recieves a confirmation from Kameleont Design Barnkläder by e-mail or mobile Short Message Services (SMS)

Depends on weight. Not EU country Orders with only clothes 100 SEK

You have the option to pay before hand to Kameleont Design Barnkläder. No credit check are done with this option. Your order is reserved for 10 days, please note that it can take up to 3 banking days before we recieve you payment. Order is executed as soon as we have registered your payment.
Owner rights
All products remain the property of Kameleont Design Barnkläders until full payment is done.
Non picked up orders
We have the right to charge 300 kr for non picked up orders to cover our shipment and handeleing costs. Payment is done within 10 days.
Liability of faulty services or products
Kameleont Design Barnklädersis liable for failure in order within the conditions stated here in. Kameleont Design Barnkläder is not liable for direct or indirect responsibility for i.e. - but not limited to - incompatibleness, delays in delivery, operation disturbance, loss of data, additional work or financial damage.
Complaints and rights of regret
It is custom for the customer to check products on arrival to verify the order. If the customer wish to file a complaint that is done by sending an complaint to info@kameleontdesign.se. When filing a complaint it is important to include the order ID and reason for the complaint in order to recieve a RN (return number). The RN number is valid for 14 days.
In all occasions when a customer is returning a product a RN number is needed. The package should have the RN number visable on the outside and the inside of the package. Defect products returned must be handle as if non defect products. All products must be packed not causing harm to the products. For private customers the swedish Konsumentköplagen is applied.
If the reason for sending back the product can't be found faulty, a fee of 200 kr + VAT and two way freight is charged to the customer.
Package sent to Kameleont Design Barnkläder without RN is returned to the customer and the cost of freights are charged to the customer. Kameleont Design Barnkläderhave the right to exchange a fulty product with a similar one if a identical product is not available.
Private customer in sweden have a 14 day return period accoding to distansavtalslagen. The right is only valid if the product can be returned unused in original packing. The product may not have been used. If a private customer want to return a product they have to contact Kameleont Design Barnkläder to recieve a RN. The freight is payed by the customer.
For special made products there are no return period or other rights to cancel the order. For clothes marked Special Edition or Unique there is no right to regret the buy - Rights to regret and exchange rights are valid.
If a products is damaged during transportation Kameleont Design must be contacted within five days.
Rights to change
Unused product can be exchanged after contact with Kameleont Design Barnkläder. The customer is responsible for freight costs.
Transport damaged products
If a product from Kameleont Design Barnkläder is damaged during transportation, regardless if the damage is visible or not, this must be reported to the transport company.
Force Majeure
Actions like war, natural disasters, strike, authoritie decisions, non delivered shipments from sub supliers, dearer conditions and equal actions outside the control of Kameleont Design Barnkläder, which have not been able to be forseen, is referred to as force majeure, meaning Kameleont Design Barnkläder is released from its duties to execute agreed arrangements..
Other
Kameleont Design Barnkläderhave the right to change all information, including (but not limited to) prices, specifications and product offers without any notification. When having sales etc. to a specified price, Kameleont Design have the right to cancel an order and pay back the money. Kameleont Design Barnkläder shall also notify the customer if similar product is available.
